As FIFA World Cup 2026™ comes to a close, Los Angeles Fan Zones open up at the Fairplex in Pomona and West Harbor for watch parties of the semi-finals (July 14 - 15) and final matches (July 18 - 19), while Downtown Burbank turns into a Fan Zone for the finals. Also happening between Monday July 13 and Sunday, July 19: Robert Rodriguez brings From Dusk Till Dawn and Spy Kids to the Academy Museum, Eartheater plays three nights at Hollywood Forever's Masonic Lodge, LA Galaxy and LAFC go head-to-head at Dignity Health Sports Park, Leimert Park Jazz Festival celebrates Miles Davis' centennial at The Ford and so much more.

A Weekend with Robert Rodriguez - Academy Museum (July 18 - 19)
Robert Rodriguez stops by Academy Museum to celebrate anniversaries for two of the director’s best-loved films. On Saturday, July 18, catch the 30th anniversary presentation of From Dusk Till Dawn, which will also include a performance from Rodriguez’s Chingon Band. On Sunday, July 19, is the 25th anniversary screening of Spy Kids, with a performance from the Rodriguez Family Spy Band.

John Beasley’s Unlimited Miles: Miles Davis at 100 - The Ford (July 19)
Leimert Park Jazz Festival’s monthly Sunday Jazz series heads to The Ford on July 19 for John Beasley’s Unlimited Miles. The Grammy-nominated pianist, who played in Miles Davis’ band, pays tribute to the late jazz great on the occasion of his centennial with a performance that delves into Davis’ musical history and legacy.

My Neighbors the Yamadas - Academy Museum (July 13, 15, 17)
As part of the Academy Museum’s series “The World of Studio Ghibli,” which accompanies the exhibition Studio Ghibli’s PONYO, Isao Takahata’s 1999 adaptation of the manga My Neighbors the Yamadas will screen at the Academy Museum on July 13, 15 and 17 at 2:30 p.m.

Wonder-Full - Grand Performances (July 18)
Wonder-Full, the DJ-driven tribute to Stevie Wonder, celebrates the 50th anniversary of Songs in the Key of Life on July 18 at Grand Performances with DJ Spinna, Monalisa and special guests lighting up the dance floor with jams, deep cuts, remixes and more.
