What is the return window?
Unopened, unused Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
For avoidance of doubt, opened Products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Purchases of Digital Guides and the Love Yourself Well Book and body-care accessories are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
How will I receive my refund?
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you receive a refund for your Order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from such refund.
