Returns
What is the return window?
We will gladly accept returns within the 30-day trial period from the date the order was shipped (excludes discounted and promotional items).
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact LUMINESS Customer Care at 1-888-793-7474 and request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Along with your return please be sure to include the following: Your order number, Return Authorization number, your complete name, address, phone number and email address along with original packing slip.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Opened and/or used cosmetic products are non-refundable. All sales final on all Beauty, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Year, Valentine's & Holiday Sale specials.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 9-12 business days to process your return. The timing of your refund may depend on your credit card provider and method of payment.
