Mack Weldon jobs
At Mack Weldon, we're rethinking the clothes that guys wear every day-and how they shop for them. We're doing it by engineering innovative fabrics, taking every last detail into consideration, and building a simple and seamless customer experience. While our signature underwear, socks, and t-shirts have been recognized by the likes of the New York Times, GQ, WWD, and Men's Health, we've got a lot more work to do-and we're looking for bright people to help us get it done.

Returns
What is the return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on anything that's unworn and unwashed with the exception of final-sale items. Underwear must be in its original packaging. Returns can be made via Happy Returns within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return an item after the 30 day time period, please contact customer service for further assistance.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final sale products cannot be returned. The Try On Guarantee only applies to one pair of underwear within 30 days of receipt and does not include long underwear, long johns, or running tights.
How will I receive my refund?
If you are returning to a Happy Returns location or one of the stores, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately and you will receive confirmation emails. Please allow 2-3 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. For international returns, once your return is received back at the warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Who pays for return shipping?
Checkout+ allows customers to opt-in to completely free returns, exchanges, and package protection during checkout. When you opt-in for coverage at checkout any return labels needed will be covered in the returns portal allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE. If you decide not to buy return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
How do returns work for gift recipients?
If you'd like to return a Mack Weldon item you received as a gift, you can do so without letting the gift-giver know. Gifts are only eligible for exchange or return for internal credit. To process a gift return, go to the Returns Portal and click on "Received a gift? Start gift return here." You will need the order/buyer information and will be able to add your own information for the exchange/credit.

So here's the thing about men's underwear-it's one of those purchases that should be simple but somehow never is. You walk into a department store, face a wall of options that all look vaguely the same, and end up grabbing whatever's closest. Then six months later, you can't find that exact pair again. Mack Weldon basically looked at this whole mess and said, "There's got to be a better way."
Founded by CEO Brian Berger after he got fed up with the mind-numbing assortment of men's underwear in department stores, the company launched with their now-bestselling 18-Hour Jersey Boxer Brief. And that name isn't just marketing speak-they actually engineer these things to perform. We're talking silver-infused fabrics that fight odor (yes, really), moisture-wicking technology, and fits that don't ride up or bunch.
But here's where it gets interesting. Over the past decade-plus, they've expanded from just underwear into a full range of men's essentials-t-shirts, socks, sweats, outerwear, even travel bags. The ACE collection has become something of a cult favorite, with their hoodie and sweatpants showing up everywhere from coffee shops to actual offices. There's this whole "elevated basics" thing happening where the clothes look normal but feel noticeably better than what you're used to.
The direct-to-consumer model means you're ordering online (though they now have 6 physical stores if you want to touch the fabrics first). Free shipping over $150 and free returns take some of the risk out of buying clothes sight unseen. And they've got this Try-On Guarantee for underwear where if your first pair doesn't work out, you can get a refund or exchange without even sending it back. Kind of genius when you think about it.
The fabric innovation is where they really geek out. They use everything from moisture-wicking finishes to odor-fighting silver ions, but it's all blended with natural fibers so you're not walking around feeling like you're wearing a wetsuit. Their SILVER line uses actual silver-infused denim that stays odor-free for the lifetime of the jeans. Their AIRKNITx fabric is this lightweight, breathable material that works for everything from undershirts to activewear.
What's kind of refreshing is how they've positioned themselves. This isn't fast fashion or disposable basics-these are pieces designed to last and become your go-to items. The pricing reflects that (we're not talking Target prices here), but when you consider you're buying stuff that actually holds up and you'll reach for constantly, the math starts to make sense. Plus they've got a rewards program where you earn points on purchases.
The company's grown from that initial "better underwear" concept into a full menswear brand that's earned recognition from Business Insider, Men's Health, and GQ. They've partnered with places like Equinox and Nordstrom, and their Hudson Yards store in Manhattan has become a testing ground for their retail strategy. Not bad for a brand that started because one guy was annoyed at the department store.
