Returns

What is the return window?
Standard return policy is 30 days from delivery. For members, there is an exclusive 365-day risk-free return policy.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Any part that has been used, installed, handled, packaged or shipped improperly by the customer, is not eligible for return. Parts must be in original packaging and in new, saleable condition.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Claims for damage and/or errors must be reported to Eckler's Customer Service within 5 days of receipt. No claims accepted after 5 days.

How do I start a return online?
To process a return, call Eckler's Customer Service. Returns which are approved will be issued an RMA number. This RMA number must be included on the shipping label.

How will I receive my refund?
Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt at the warehouse.
