What is the return window?
Make Up Eraser offers a 100% money-back guarantee for items returned within 30 days of purchase. For orders placed in November or December, they've extended the return and exchange window to January 15th to accommodate holiday purchases.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, you must obtain authorization from The Original MakeUp Eraser team by contacting them in writing before sending any items back, and returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All package-free styles are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items received as a 'free gift with purchase' are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
