Returns
What is the return window?
Maya Chia offers a refund on most full-sized product purchases within 30 days, less the cost of shipping and handling. After the 30-day window, they will not accept refunds. However, they offer a refund on The Power Fol Scalp and Hair Treatment and Power Fol Eyelash and Eyebrow Serum within 90-days of purchase.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
If you wish to return your product for a refund, you must reach out to [email protected] and they will be happy to assist you. Please note that they cannot accept returns without prior email notification.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Maya Chia does not accept returns or exchanges on The Discovery Collection, The Advanced Response Complex Refill Pods, or The Highlight of the Day Illuminating Serums.
