What is the return window?
You can return or exchange your unworn items for free within 30 days of when they were shipped. For the holiday season, any products purchased after October 1, 2025 will be eligible for returns through January 31, 2026.

Please be sure your item is in the original shoebox or apparel bag. Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded. Returns are accepted only for purchases made through our website.

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded. Items that have been worn, used, or damaged in any way cannot be returned. Merrell also does not accept returns on clearance items, custom products, or gift cards.
