Hancher Presents: Infinite Dream Festival
Sharon Van Etten and The Attachment Theory

With Helado Negro

Live @ The Englert
Wednesday, September 17 @ 7:30pm

For over 15 years, Sharon Van Etten has been a creature of evolution, her music moving across modes and styles. Her lyrics evoke atmospheres of turmoil and heartbreak, but there are often nodes of transcendence embedded within. Her latest, self-titled record was conceived with a new band, The Attachment Theory; its sounds court ’80s goth and new wave while keeping Van Etten’s spirit firmly at the core. Helado Negro opens the show with a solo set of music mixing electronics, pop songcraft, and psychedelic textures. The Englert is proud to be part of Hancher's Infinite Dream Festival this year with Sharon Van Etten and The Attachment Theory!
