Returns
What is the return window?
Any unopened and undamaged items are eligible for return for 30 days from your order date.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Gift cards, sample packs, final sale items and opened bulk powder are not eligible for return or refund.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, the team will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If our inspections find that the returned item has been used or damaged, and is therefore not suitable for resale, we will not issue a refund or store credit.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you are unhappy with your flavor and have 80% of the sticks unopened, we would be happy to do a flavor exchange for you. If your package is opened and has 80% or less of the sticks, your order is not eligible for an exchange.
