Returns
What is the return window?
Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. This gives you a full month to decide if your purchase works for you.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items. Additionally, merchandise must be new and unworn condition with the original tags and labels attached and in original packaging (where applicable). Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed. They must also be free from any markings, pet hair, deodorant, and laundry detergent.
How will I receive my refund?
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, exchange, or refund for returned merchandise. You can choose between these three options when processing your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All domestic returns are subject to an $8 shipping and handling fee. For international returns, international returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
