Every year since 1971, Monterey Jazz has brought together some of the most talented young jazz musicians from across the country. Under Gerald’s leadership, our students grow, create, and take the stage as part of a legacy that has shaped artists like Patrice Rushen, Joshua Redman, and Benny Green.
