McCormick's consumer arm fell victim to macro and competitive issues, with volume down 2%. However, we think the firm is pursuing a prudent course anchored in juicing brand investment, expanding distribution, and altering price packs. We forecast 3%-4% long-term segment growth. The flavor solutions business was a bright spot, as organic sales grew on higher prices and increased volume.
