Margaret Giles, Tori Brovet Recent Earnings New Stock Analyst Reports Macerich (MAC) reported funds from operations of $0.33 per share and same-store net operating income growth of 2.7% in the second quarter. FFO came in under our $0.34 per share estimate, and same-store NOI growth was also below our expectations. Occupancy fell 60 basis points sequentially to 92.0%, lower than our 92.9% estimate for the quarter. Most of this decline was primarily due to the closure of all of the stores under one tenant. Go-forward portfolio center occupancy was much higher, at 92.8% for the second quarter.
