It’s a brand new week—and I don’t know about you, but I’m leaning into everything that makes life a little lighter, more intentional, and more fun this summer.
Whether you’re getting back into your routine after a weekend away or just trying to stay consistent while making the most of the longer days, I wanted to share a few things that have been working for me lately—plus a peek at my summer bucket list 🌞
🌿 Feel-Good Habits I’m Loving
— Taking digestive enzymes before big meals
I never leave the house without Eat Your Heart Out—especially for dinners out or travel days.
