Returns
What is the return window?
Naturepedic offers a 100-night free trial on nearly all mattresses and accessories, while bassinet mattresses and some other select items carry a 30-night free trial. Customers must keep their products for at least 30 nights from the day of receipt before initiating a return, which provides time to "break-in" the mattress and for your body to adjust to something new.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
For all products purchased directly on naturepedic.com, please contact us at 800-917-3342 to request a return authorization number prior to shipping your product back to Naturepedic. For products purchased from retailers, your original receipt from an authorized Naturepedic dealer will be required.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Unfortunately, Naturepedic is unable to send a replacement product or issue a refund in cases of stolen goods after delivery. We recommend contacting your local police department to file a report of stolen goods from your property. Naturepedic reserves the right to reject any returned layers found to be damaged or unsanitary. Your returned layers must be in good condition.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via the original purchase method. If you originally ordered with a debit or credit card, your refund will be issued to the card used, etc. There is a processing time of approximately one week to receive your refund from the time we receive your original layers back.
