Editor's Take

So here's the thing about Nearly Natural-they've basically cracked the code on making fake plants that don't look, well, fake. Founded in 2002 with over 75 years of botanical experience, they are pioneers in the artificial floral industry, which sounds like marketing speak until you actually see their stuff.

What sets them apart isn't just the usual "looks so real" claims every artificial plant company makes. Nearly Natural is the first artificial floral company to hire head designers with years of experience in the live plant industry. That's actually pretty smart when you think about it-who better to make fake plants than people who've spent years working with real ones?

They travel around the globe twice a year in search of the best products available on the market today. They turn over leaves to check for color accuracy and feel for textures. And honestly, that attention to detail shows. Crafted from premium materials and trusted by leading interior designers and influencers, their products have found their way into some pretty high-end spaces.

The company operates out of Hialeah, Florida, and they've built quite the reputation. With 80K followers on Instagram, they've clearly tapped into that home decor obsession that's taken over social media. Their olive trees, in particular, have become something of a signature item.

But here's where it gets interesting-their experience dates back over 75 years to the patriarch of the Nearly Natural family, Henry Friedmen. Grandpa Nearly Natural himself was a renowned horticulturist, with actual species of plants named after him. So this isn't just some random company that decided to jump into artificial plants; there's genuine botanical knowledge baked into their DNA.

The business model is pretty straightforward: they design, import, and sell directly to consumers online, plus they work with major retailers. Founded by Robbie Singer in 2002, the Company maintains a diverse product portfolio and provides logistics and drop-shipping expertise to a wide array of customers. You'll find their products at Home Depot and on Amazon, which tells you something about their scale and distribution reach.

What's refreshing is their approach to customer service. In cases where customers don't love their products, they pay to have it shipped back to them, with a 30-day return policy. That's putting their money where their mouth is, especially for a company selling artificial plants online where you can't touch and feel the product first.
