New Mexico True Certified Highlight: Santa Fe Biscochito Company

Santa Fe Biscochito Company is home of the biscochito, New Mexico's official state cookie. The signature flavor in a biscochitos is anise, which tastes similar to black licorice or fennel. Traditional biscochitos are also flavored with a dusting of cinnamon and sugar.
