Welcome to New Orleans, David Edwards - Offensive Guard. The Saints add experience to the offensive line with guard David Edwards. In 7 NFL seasons with the Rams and Bills, he has played in 103 regular season games with 76 starts and was part of the Rams' Super Bowl LVI championship team.
Welcome to New Orleans, Kaden Ellis - Linebacker. The Saints reunited with linebacker Kaden Elliss, who returns after beginning his NFL career in New Orleans. In seven seasons with the Saints and Falcons, Elliss has appeared in 99 games with 63 starts, recording 466 tackles and 20.5 sacks
Welcome to New Orleans, Noath Fant - Tight End. The Saints add a proven receiving tghreat at tight end with the signing of Noah Fant. In seven NFL season with Denver, Seattle, and Cincinnati, Fant has totaled 334 receptions for 3,593 yards and 18 touchdowns across 110 career games.
Welcome to New Orleans, Ryan Wright - Punter. The Saints add a strong leg on special teams with the signing of punter Ryan Wright. Ryan has played in 68 career games with the Minnesota Vikings, averaging 47.9 yards per punt with 100 punts inside the 20-yard line.
Welcome to New Orleans, John Ridgeway III - Defensive Tacke. The Saints bring back defensive tackle John Ridge way III to add strength along the front line. In four NFL seasons, Ridgeway has appeared in 49 career games with 8 starts, recording 81 tackles and a blocked kick.
The Saints have traded punter Kai Kroeger and a 2028 7th round pick to the Houston Texans in exchange for a 2028 6th round selection. Kroeger handled putning duties in all 17 games for New Orleans in 2025.
