Returns
What is the return window?
According to the Newegg Standard Return Policy, you have 30 days to return an item for a refund. Newegg's standard return window is 30 days for most items. Some items have a 45-day return policy for certain products.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
To process a return, you will need proof of purchase, which can be a physical or digital receipt. If you don't have a receipt, you may still be able to process a return using delivery and shipping confirmation emails, your Newegg account information, or credit card statements.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Non-returnable items include opened software, video games, movies (except defective exchanges), consumables like ink cartridges, personal care items once opened, gift cards, and digital downloads.
How will I receive my refund?
