Returns
What is the return window?
No refund requests will be accepted after 30 days for any reason. At Nexgen, customers have the right to return any product within 30 days. This term will expire on the 31st day after the product has been ordered by the customer.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Refund requests will ONLY be accepted by emailing [email protected] or our contact form. All returns are handled by email, by sending inquiries to [email protected]. Email inquiries typically get resolved in 24-72 hours.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Products that were purchased with a coupon code are not eligible for a return or exchange. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
How will I receive my refund?
We'll refund only to the same payment method that the customer used. Refunds can take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement.
