Editor's Take

Nine Line Apparel isn't just another clothing company-it's basically a movement wrapped in cotton and patriotism. What initially was conceived as a promotional products company between a military veteran and his wife, evolved into the brand Nine Line Apparel in 2012. It all began in Tyler and Angela's garage, and eventually the operation moved to a small house. And honestly? That garage-to-greatness story never gets old.

The name itself tells you everything. In the military, the term Nine Line is a distress call. It is often the difference between life and death and symbolizes the trust our servicemen and women have for one another. So when you're wearing their gear, you're not just sporting another t-shirt-you're carrying that same spirit of having each other's backs.

What really sets them apart is their commitment to American manufacturing. We are very proud to say that the majority of our t-shirts, hats, drinkware, and more are 100% Made In America!! In an era where everything seems to come from overseas, that's pretty refreshing. They're not just talking the talk about bringing jobs back-they're actually doing it.

The company's growth has been nothing short of impressive. Most recently Nine Line has been awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Savannah, Internet Retailer proclaimed us the fastest growing online retailer, BigCommerce declared our site the best designed website out of 3,000 applicants, and most notably Inc 5000 declared us the 31st fastest growing company in the entire United States. Those aren't small achievements-that's serious business recognition.

But here's what I find most compelling: they put their money where their mouth is. At its core, Nine Line is a give-back organization, striving to give back to the military and first responder communities that fought and died for our freedoms. From first responders and military non-profits to disaster relief initiatives, Nine Line is committed to the ongoing support of charitable initiatives that better the communities they serve. It's one thing to slap a flag on a shirt and call it patriotic-it's another to actually support the people who serve.

Their product line spans everything from t-shirts and hoodies to accessories, with designs that range from subtle patriotic themes to bold statements. A limited time design is an exclusive design released on our website for a specified time frame. The design is available on the website for customers to pre-order. This creates a sense of urgency and exclusivity that keeps customers coming back.

The Savannah headquarters isn't just a warehouse-it's become a destination. The storefront is a beautiful display of their recent apparel. The store is clean, bright and very well organized. Visitors often mention the welcoming atmosphere and the pride the staff takes in explaining the company's mission.

What strikes me most is how they've managed to grow without losing their core identity. They're still veteran-owned, still committed to American manufacturing, and still focused on giving back. In a world where companies often compromise their values for growth, Nine Line seems to have figured out how to scale their impact along with their business.
