Returns
What is the return window?
Full-price purchases (besides pre-orders) returned within 14 days of their original shipment date are eligible for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in new, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging. If you're outside of the 14-day refund window but within 30 days of the shipment date, Noah offers store credit for eligible returns.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All sale or discounted items are final purchase and are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds. Noah reserves the right to reject returns if it determines the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of the return policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable, and for domestic orders, return costs may be deducted from your refund to produce a return label. Noah does not provide return labels, and you're free to ship your return via any major carrier or the post office, but the cost of return shipping is not included.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Items purchased online cannot be returned at the Flagship store or to stockists, and in-store purchases are only returnable in store.
How do I start a return online?
You can enter your email and order number on the returns policy page to initiate the returns process.

So here's the thing about Noah-it's kind of what happens when someone who spent years defining streetwear cool decides to do it their own way, without the hype machine. Founded by Brendon Babenzien and Estelle Bailey-Babenzien, the brand operates from its flagship at 195 Mulberry Street in SoHo, and Brendon's vision merges the rebellious vitality of skate, surf, and music cultures with an innovative appreciation of classic menswear. But that's just the surface.
What makes Noah different-and this is where it gets interesting-is that it's basically the anti-Supreme, even though Babenzien was Supreme's creative director for years. The brand releases new products on Thursday mornings, but there's no camping out, no resale frenzy. It's more about... permanence? Quality that lasts?
Noah takes a stand against many appalling practices in the fashion industry, making clothes in countries, mills and factories where tradition, expertise and human dignity take precedence over the bottom line, and donating portions of profits to causes they believe in. They joined 1% for the Planet in 2019, pledging 1% of annual sales to grassroots environmental nonprofits. That's not marketing speak-it's literally in their DNA.
The aesthetic is interesting too. Think prep meets punk, but not in that tired, been-done way. Italian cashmere next to graphic tees with actual messages. Collaborations with Vans, Sperry, even bands like The Cure. It's cross-generational in a way that feels genuine rather than calculated.
And here's something you don't see often: they don't even have a phone number-you contact them through a form. They don't typically restock inventory. It's almost like they're saying "this is what we made, take it or leave it." There's something refreshingly honest about that approach in an era of endless drops and manufactured scarcity.
The brand operates stores in New York, Amagansett, and Tokyo, plus you'll find their stuff at Dover Street Market. But honestly? The whole vibe is less about where you buy it and more about what it represents-clothing that's thoughtful, well-made, and stands for something beyond just looking good. Though it does look good. Really good, actually.
