Returns
What is the return window?
NuMe accepts returns within the first 30 days for a full refund, and within 90 days for an exchange/store credit.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
To locate your order number, we will need a valid email address, your full name, or your shipping address for the order. The order number can also be found on your NuMe account, your packing slip, as well as your order confirmation emails.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All Hair Care products, Brushes and Combs, & Accessories are final sale. If you do not have the original packaging that you received the product in, we will be unable to process the return.
How will I receive my refund?
If approved, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of processing your return. For US credit cards, it typically takes 2-3 business days for the refund to post onto your account. For international credit cards, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days for the funds to appear.
