Hi , This Friday is World MS Day, a moment of reflection for the millions of people worldwide affected by Multiple Sclerosis. For me, it also marks a deeply personal milestone. I was diagnosed with MS 20 years ago, at just 22 years old. At the time, the outlook was grim—there was very little public awareness, treatment options were limited, and I was told to prepare for a future of disability. It was terrifying. But instead of just giving in, my father and I turned that life-altering moment into a mission. In 2012, we launched Nuzest—a nutritional supplement company built out of hope, resilience, and the belief that quality nutrition can, and does, make a difference. Since then, research has come a long way. There are now more effective treatment options, greater awareness, and improved support for people living with MS. Yet, as diagnosis rates continue to rise year on year, there is still no cure. That’s why World MS Day matters—because progress depends on continued conversation, education, funding, and innovation. Help us make a difference! Shop with Nuzest this week, save 20% and we’ll donate 10% of the sale to MS Research* Use Code: MSDAY20 For my part, my MS is aggressive but currently stable. I’ve managed it so far through a combination of medication, nutrition, and mindset. It hasn’t been easy—I’ve had some pretty scary relapses that I’ll spare you from reading about today - but it’s made me passionate about helping others navigate their own wellness journeys. Whether you’re living with MS, know someone who is, or are simply committed to living well—thank you for being part of the Nuzest community. Your support means more than you know.
