Returns
What is the return window?
All sales are final, however all collections under "Tier Prices All (Do not Delete)" offer 14-day returns.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Swatches and custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cut, damaged, or goods altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
In the event that defects are found in the fabric, please notify us as soon as the defect is noticed. All damaged items or shortage claims must be reported within 15 business days of delivery.
How will I receive my refund?
Full refund will be issued in the same method, as when payment was collected, within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
