| Thank you, Old Settler's family! This year’s Old Settler's Music Festival was something special. You could feel it from the very first arrivals, the hugs at the gate, and the festival vibes coming to life. Throughout the weekend, we were reminded again and again why this community is so unique. The Youth Talent Competition once again brought incredible energy and inspiration. The level of talent on display was remarkable, and this year’s winner, sibling duo Maddy Grace & Colton James made it clear that the future of this music is in very good hands. Friday kicked things off with a full day across the Pavilion and Main Stage, including Feeding Leroy, Foggy Memory Boys, Two Runner, Magoo, Lindsay Lou, and The Brothers Comatose. Lindsay Lou delivered a standout set with her powerful vocals, setting the tone for the evening, before The Brothers Comatose closed the night with a high-energy performance and boy, did they bring it! Saturday brought another strong lineup featuring Ira Thorne, Brother Thunder, Warren Hood Quartet with Emily Gimble, Louisiana Surf Department, Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper, The Last Revel, and Railroad Earth. Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper showcased world-class musicianship, while Railroad Earth closed out the night with a wet but dynamic set that carried the energy late into the evening. Saturday night also brought a pause in the music, but also a gift in much needed rain that moved through the Hill Country. While we had to stop the show for a time, we are grateful for your patience, your flexibility, and your understanding. Sunday wrapped the weekend with Billy Bright Band, Shelby Means, and Shinyribs. Shelby Means delivered a heartfelt and captivating performance, and Shinyribs brought it all home with a fun, crowd-filled Conga line finale that had everyone moving. As we look ahead, our goal remains the same: to keep the vibe alive and to deliver an incredible festival for years to come. We’re always listening, always learning, and always working to create the best possible experience for you. Please take a few minutes to fill out our attendee feedback form—your input is important and does make a difference! What makes this festival truly special is all of you. You come for the music, but you create the community. To our artists, crew, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and every single attendee who made the journey, we are deeply grateful. You are the heartbeat of Old Settler’s. With gratitude, Old Settler’s Music Festival Team |
