Returns
What is the return window?
Merchandise must be received by Optimum Nutrition within 30 days of your purchase; no returns will be accepted after this period. For dietary supplements and other consumable products, returns are only accepted if purchased through optimumnutrition.com or Consumer Affairs for which 75% or more of the product is unused.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed on the Site. You must call customer service during normal business hours before sending merchandise back to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Products that have passed their expiration date, products that have been opened or had their seal broken, clothing where the original label is no longer attached, and credits or discount coupons cannot be returned.
How will I receive my refund?
