Returns
What is the return window?
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The company will issue a refund for all unused, undamaged and/or defective products returned within 90 days of purchase according to their shipping page, though the official returns policy states 30 days.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. For online purchases returned in-store, the confirmation email will serve as a receipt and must be shown in store in order to process a return.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final sale items cannot be returned. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged or defective, and all products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account. Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Items purchased at OriginalPenguin.com may be returned to one of our Original Penguin retail stores within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging. However, purchases made using Klarna, PayPal, or Amazon Pay cannot be processed in our retail stores and must be shipped back to receive a refund.
