Returns

What is the return window?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

How do I start a return online?
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you decide to return an item, we will deduct a $35-$50 restocking fee from the amount you have paid if we didn't make mistakes with your order. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will be eligible for a $35-$50 restocking fee.

How will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and debit the refund too.

Editor's Take

Ever wonder why your car's infotainment system feels like it's stuck in 2015? That's basically where Ottocast comes in-and honestly, they've kind of nailed it.

Since 2009, Ottocast has been at the forefront of automotive electronics, but they really hit their stride when they figured out that nobody wants to plug their phone into their car every single time. In 2019, Ottocast revolutionized driving with its wireless CarPlay/Android Auto adapters, offering a hassle-free, hands-free connection. And let's be real-once you go wireless, there's no going back.

What makes them different isn't just the tech (though they're trusted by over 300,000 car owners, which is pretty impressive). It's that they actually get what drivers want. If you have a vehicle equipped with factory-wired CarPlay, chances are that you use it to access your phone's navigation app, listen to music, and catch up on your favorite podcasts-but you're likely tired of having to plug in your phone to do any of the above. Exactly.

Their product lineup is surprisingly comprehensive. You've got your basic wireless adapters that convert wired CarPlay to wireless-simple enough. But then there's stuff like the AIBox P3, which basically turns your car screen into a tablet where you can watch Netflix or YouTube (when parked, obviously). Meet your rich in-car entertainment needs, such as watching Youtube, Netflix, online navigation, etc.

The setup is refreshingly straightforward. They plug right into your car's smart USB-A or USB-C port and connect your smartphone to the dashboard via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Basically, you can just get in your car and start rolling, minus the cords. That's it-no complicated installation, no rewiring your dashboard.

What's interesting is how they've evolved from just being another tech accessory company. Starting as Cartizan in Hong Kong, the brand pioneered decoder products for CarPlay integration. Now they're basically synonymous with making your car's tech actually work the way it should have from the factory.

Sure, there are other wireless CarPlay adapters out there, but Ottocast seems to have figured out the reliability piece that trips up a lot of competitors. All Ottocast Devices are backed by our 1 year warranty, and from what I've seen in reviews, their connection speeds are consistently solid.

As cars evolve into digital hubs, Ottocast ensures its products adapt to users' needs, enhancing entertainment, productivity, and connectivity on the road. They're basically betting that your car is going to become another room in your digital life-and they're probably right.
