What is the return window?
Outdoor Voices offers a customer-friendly return policy, allowing returns within 45 days of purchase. You can exchange your gear within the 45-day window from the purchase date.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Be sure to check the product details before purchasing to avoid any surprises. The products must be in their unworn, unwashed, and undamaged form. They should have the original tags attached to them along with the proof of purchase.
How will I receive my refund?
If you want to return your items for a refund, the refund will only be made in the original payment method. A fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund as a return shipping fee when processed. Your refund may take 7 - 14 days to be issued in the original payment mode.

Outdoor Voices isn't your typical activewear brand-and honestly, that's exactly what made them so compelling in the first place. Their mission to "free fitness from performance" basically flipped the script on what workout clothes should represent. If you're looking to shop for Outdoor Voices apparel in person, you might be disappointed to learn that Outdoor Voices currently does not have any physical stores. All of their retail locations were closed in early 2024 as part of a strategic shift in the company's approach. That's a pretty dramatic pivot for a brand that once had around 16 stores across the United States at its peak.
