Returns
What is the return window?
Returns are accepted on unopened, sealed items in resalable condition within 60 days from date of delivery.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
To return any items, contact their office for a return authorization number along with return instructions. A return authorization is required for all returns.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Custom Formulas for pets are not allowed for return.
How will I receive my refund?
A store credit for the purchase price of the returned items can be given, or a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking and handling fee can be issued to the Credit Card or PayPal account on which the order was placed.
Who pays for return shipping?
There is no refund on shipping & handling. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
