What is the return window?
Customer must contact us within THIRTY (30) calendar days following receipt of delivery for return or exchange instructions.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You can start your return through the PeachSkinSheets Return Center by submitting the order number and zip code used to place your order.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
PeachSkinSheets does not accept returns on gift cards. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for International orders.
How will I receive my refund?
