Returns
What is the return window?
You can make a size exchange of the same product with another available size, within 14 days of delivery of your original order. The Customer wishing to make a return may do so within 14 calendar days from the day on which he received the order.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Any items that are visibly used, stained, damaged or lacking the original tags and documents will not be accepted as returns or exchanges and will be returned to the customer without refund.
How will I receive my refund?
The refund for your return will be processed after we have received the returned items and verified that they are in their original condition. From that moment on, the crediting times depend on the banking system and normally require up to a maximum of 10 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Yes, returns and size changes are always free. All shipments and any returns are always free of charge.

The brand spans everything from their main women's line to men's collections, plus their Aurea line for special occasions. But here's what sets them apart-they're not trying to be everything to everyone. They focus on what Italians call "easywear luxury"-pieces that look sophisticated but actually feel comfortable.
