What is the return window?
In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase to a Pet Supermarket store.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
For purchases with a receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount paid. For in-store returns without a receipt, you will receive an in-store credit.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Online purchases may also be returned in store.
How will I receive my refund?
Kindly allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit statement. For online returns, allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit statement. The timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
