Returns
What is the return window?
You have 30 days to contact them via email to request a return. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
In your return email, you need to include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization number as well as instructions on how to return your order.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped, and no credit will be given for damaged returns.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning due to a Phenom Gallery error, they will send you a return label and issue a full refund or exchange. If you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping.
