What is the return window?
Yes, within 30 days from the date of receipt of your creation. You can exchange or return any order purchased online or via telephone and the service is complimentary with the exception of orders that have been customized (e.g. engraved creations), such orders cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Orders that have been customized (e.g. engraved creations) cannot be returned nor exchanged. Please note that personalized creations cannot be returned nor exchanged.
How will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded within 7 days from the date that we receive your returned order, if meeting our quality check in accordance with our Conditions of Sale. The refund will be made to the same card or account used by you at the time of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
Yes, the return fee is covered by Piaget when shipping with our chosen partner.
