Returns
What is the return window?
Returns MUST BE INITIATED AND RECEIVED within 30 (Thirty) Days of the original purchase and received 10 days after return process was initiated.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. If you have lost or misplaced your receipt, you may review a copy by signing on to your Planet Beauty account and finding/printing a copy of the original sales order.
How will I receive my refund?
Once received you will receive credit back to your original form of payment. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive notification that we have refunded your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you choose to mail your return to Planet Beauty, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges.
