Editor's Take
So here's the thing about Plants Express-they're basically what happens when someone decides California's plant game needs a serious upgrade. And honestly? They've kind of nailed it.
For over 20 years, Plants Express has been bringing California gardens and landscapes to life with the finest plants and trees available. But what really sets them apart isn't just the longevity-it's how they've completely reimagined the whole "buying plants" experience. They sell more than 2,000 varieties of plants, trees and related products. That's not just impressive; that's basically a botanical wonderland delivered to your doorstep.
The delivery thing is where they get interesting. Currently they only deliver in California with our own trucks and vans. Notice how they don't mess around with shipping companies? Your plants are never handled by shipping companies, inexperienced in handling live goods. Our delivery specialists are experts in handling and transporting trees and shrubs. It's like having a plant paramedic service-these folks actually know what they're doing with living things.
And the quality control is kind of obsessive in the best way. All plants are meticulously inspected to ensure they meet our strict quality standards, and only then are they carefully loaded into our trucks and vans. We're proud to be California's trusted online nursery, delivering over 10 million trees, shrubs, and plants directly to homes across the state. Ten million plants-that's a lot of happy gardens.
What's really clever is their whole approach to seasonal expectations. Many plants naturally enter dormancy from fall to spring. Dormant trees may shed leaves or exhibit discoloration, but this is a normal and healthy part of the growth cycle. A plant being dormant does not indicate a problem in health or quality. They're basically plant educators, helping customers understand that sometimes looking a little rough around the edges is perfectly normal.
The pricing structure is pretty straightforward-FREE DELIVERY on orders over $349! And if you're wondering about their guarantee, they personally guarantee that you will be thrilled with your experience at Plants Express. If you are not happy with any your plants upon delivery, simply tell our driver that you don't want it and we will immediately provide you with a credit.
Plants Express has basically figured out how to make plant shopping feel less like a gamble and more like a sure thing. In a world where most online plant purchases feel like rolling dice, that's pretty refreshing.
