Returns
What is the return window?
You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. For shoes, returns are accepted if they are defective or unworn as long as the RA is set up within 30 days of the original purchase.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
PLNDR does not accept returns on underwear and intimates. They do not accept returns for toys and hard goods on non-defective merchandise, and cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different toy or hard good item. PLNDR does not accept returns on ORM-D or beauty products (make-up, cologne, perfume, etc.) for non-defective merchandise, and cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different ORM-D or beauty product item.
Who pays for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse. Shipping and handling is not refundable for returns.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you received a defective/damaged item, please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the defect/damage for review by the quality assurance department. PLNDR can refund you any shipping charges you might pay to return the mistaken items to them-just fax or email a copy of your shipping receipts.
