Returns

What is the return window?
You may return ProMaster products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, but this only applies to purchases made directly from ProMaster.com. Items purchased from authorized retailers are not subject to ProMaster's 30-Day Return Policy, so you'll need to check with the specific retailer's return policy.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Open consumable items like inkjet paper and darkroom paper are eligible for warranty replacement only and are not subject to ProMaster's 30-Day Return Policy. These items cannot be returned for refund once opened.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If a ProMaster product fails within one year of purchase, return it with dated sales receipt to your ProMaster retailer and it will be exchanged at no charge. Products are guaranteed for one full year against defects in workmanship and materials.

Editor's Take

ProMaster isn't your typical photography brand-it's basically the Swiss Army knife of camera accessories, and honestly, that's kind of brilliant. For over 60 years, they've been creating photographic and video accessories with one pretty unique approach: they sell exclusively through independently owned stores because they're committed to supporting locally owned businesses. So when you buy ProMaster, you're not just getting gear-you're helping that neighborhood camera shop stay alive.

What's really cool about them is their range. We're talking everything from tripods and lighting equipment to memory cards and camera bags. Their products are designed in the US by a small team of enthusiastic photographers, which explains why their stuff actually makes sense to use. You know how some accessories feel like they were designed by people who've never held a camera? Yeah, that's not ProMaster.

Today, ProMaster products are sold in the USA, Canada, Australia, Costa Rica, and the UK-pretty impressive reach for a company that refuses to sell through big box stores. And here's something that'll make you feel better about your next purchase: they offer a one-year unconditional warranty where if anything fails, you just return it to your retailer for a free exchange. No questions asked.

The company's philosophy is refreshingly straightforward. They're passionate about developing gear that's practical, dependable, and enjoyable to use. Not revolutionary, not game-changing-just solid stuff that works when you need it to. In a world of flashy marketing and overpromised features, there's something reassuring about a brand that just wants to make your photography life a little easier.
