Returns
What is the return window?
If you are not satisfied with your printing, call Customer Service at 800-511-2009 within 7 days from the date you receive your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. However, some pages indicate a 30-day window for reprints or refunds.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once PsPrint begins working on your order, which means PsPrint has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production). PsPrint only sells made-to-order products, so you can't request a return.
How will I receive my refund?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your printing, simply call Customer Service within 30 days, and we'll reprint part or all of your order. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the product. In some cases, your order may be cancelled and a refund may be extended to you if no work has been completed by PsPrint for that order. In such cases, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee, which would be in addition to any fees charged for proofs, if applicable.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
The accuracy of each color reproduction (of the final printed product) is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved or PsPrint will reprint your job at no charge. Remember that if you caused the problem, PsPrint will not reprint or refund your order - common examples include typos, duplicate orders, and file formatting issues.
Editor's Take
So here's the thing about PsPrint - they've been around since 1990, which in internet years is basically forever. And honestly? That longevity tells you something.
They're not your typical print shop. PsPrint operates entirely online, which sounds kind of obvious now, but back when they started, ordering business cards without walking into a store was revolutionary. Founded in 1990, they've basically grown up alongside the internet itself, watching desktop publishing evolve from a novelty into something every small business owner does on a Tuesday afternoon.
What makes them different is the scale. PsPrint provides better printing and service to nearly 500,000 small business marketers and graphic designers. That's not a typo - half a million customers. They're printing everything from business cards to banners, brochures to stickers, basically anything you'd need to make your brand look legit in the physical world.
But here's where it gets interesting. PsPrint was acquired by the Deluxe Corporation in 2011, which means they've got serious backing and infrastructure. They're not some scrappy startup anymore - they've got multiple production facilities across the country. Headquartered in Oakland, CA, they market their products and services throughout North America with facilities on both coasts plus the Midwest. That geographical spread isn't just for show - it actually cuts down your shipping time because they print at whichever facility is closest to you.
And they're serious about their craft. PsPrint is now a G7 Qualified Master Printer, offering the best color quality and printing consistency in the industry at an affordable price. If you don't know what G7 certification means, it's basically the gold standard for color accuracy in printing. Your blues will actually be blue, not some weird teal situation.
The whole operation runs on this interesting hybrid model. They've got state-of-the-art printing equipment - we're talking serious industrial presses - combined with a super user-friendly website. You can upload your design, pick your paper stock, choose your finish, and boom, you're done. Or if you're not a designer, they've got templates and even in-house design services. It's like they're trying to remove every possible excuse for not getting your marketing materials printed.
One thing that stands out: their satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your printing, call Customer Service at 800-511-2009 within 7 days from the date you receive your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Seven days might not sound sound like much, but for print work, that's actually pretty reasonable. You'll know if your business cards look good within a day of getting them.
They're also weirdly committed to being eco-friendly, which you don't always see in the printing industry. PsPrint offers eco-friendly printing options, striving to make acting green as easy as saving green by maintaining environmentally-friendly printing facilities and offering online printing services, recycled paper stocks, and soy-based inks. So if you're the type who cares about that stuff (and honestly, more people should), they've got options.
The pricing is competitive, though not always the absolute cheapest. But here's the trade-off: they're fast. Like, really fast. Many products are available with one-day super-rush printing if you're in a bind. And they've got this whole system where they automatically route your job to the closest facility, which is pretty smart.
Bottom line? PsPrint is what happens when a printing company actually understands the internet. They're not trying to be everything to everyone - they're focused on small businesses, graphic designers, and people who need professional-quality printing without the hassle of dealing with a traditional print shop. After 30-plus years, they've pretty much figured out the formula.
