What is the return window?
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Items must be in like-new condition to qualify for a return. The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, lost screws, or accidental damage.
How will I receive my refund?
Customers can receive a full refund, though shipping charges are non-refundable. A $2.95 fee applies if a prepaid return label is requested, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to us.
