Returns

What is the return window?
Rebag accepts U.S. returns for a full refund if the return is requested online through your Rebag.com account within 7 days of in-store purchase or delivery of an online order (as proven by the tracking number).

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Rebag return policy does not apply to Outlet items. All Outlet items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

How will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued to you after the package arrives to our warehouse and is processed. You will see the refund reflected within 10 business days from delivery of the return package.

Can I return online purchases in-store?
Rebag does not accept returns in stores, regardless if it was an online or in-store purchase, as all returns have to be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.

Who pays for return shipping?
Initial shipping costs (if any) are nonrefundable, however no return fees apply for Rebag+ members. For non-members, return fees apply per item.
