Returns

What is the return window?
The product must be returned within 30 days of order delivery for US customers. International customers have 14 calendar days after receiving the order to return items.

Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You will need your order number and either your zip code, email address, or phone number to start a return. You should keep the return receipt until you receive the return refund, as without the receipt they cannot refund products if they are lost in transportation.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Products marked as "non-refundable" or "no returns" cannot be returned. All Final Sale & Sample Sale products do not qualify for returns, and certain sales as denoted also do not qualify for returns.

How will I receive my refund?
If you choose to refund to the original payment methods, it will take 3-10 business days to process depending on your card issuer. If you choose the store credit option, it will be issued as a gift card that you will receive to your email address immediately after the return is processed.

Who pays for return shipping?
Returns will incur a $9.00 return handling fee. However, they offer free exchanges.

Editor's Take

You know how some brands just get it? Reima is one of those companies that actually understands what parents need - and more importantly, what kids need to thrive outdoors.

Founded in 1944 in Finland, this isn't some fly-by-night operation jumping on the outdoor kids' gear trend. They've been weatherproofing children for 80 years, which means they've seen every possible way a kid can get wet, cold, or uncomfortable outside. And they've figured out how to fix it.

What sets Reima apart isn't just their Nordic heritage (though that certainly helps when you're designing gear for harsh weather). It's their commitment to being 100% non-toxic and PFAS-free - those "forever chemicals" that other companies still use in their waterproofing. So while your kid is splashing through puddles, you're not worrying about what's leaching into their skin.

The company focuses exclusively on ages 0-12, which means every design decision considers how a toddler moves differently than a 10-year-old. Their award-winning snowsuits are renowned for exceptional warmth and waterproofing, but they're not just winter specialists. They make everything from barefoot rain boots designed for growing feet to hybrid jackets that are waterproof where needed but flexible everywhere else.

Here's something cool: Reima partnered with Suunto to create the ReimaGO sensor - an activity tracker specifically for kids that fits into special pockets in their clothing. It's like a Fitbit for children, helping parents track whether their little ones are getting enough movement.

But maybe the best thing about Reima? Their clothes are designed to be passed from kid to kid and ultimately recycled into something new. Because let's be honest - kids outgrow everything faster than you can blink, and it's nice to know that expensive jacket will have multiple lives.
