Returns
What is the return window?
Customers may return things to Renogy within 30 days of delivery. It is important to remember that lithium batteries have a 7-day return window, whereas AGM and GEL batteries are not eligible for a 30-day return owing to shipping rules.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
You will need to provide proof of purchase to return an item to Renogy. This ensures a smooth return process and helps Renogy track your order efficiently.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Renogy does not accept returns on used items. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. Please note that Renogy will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.
How will I receive my refund?
After inspection, if all conditions are met, Renogy will issue a refund within 2-5 business days. The actual deposit time may vary according to your banking institution. Once Renogy receives and inspects your return, they aim to issue refunds within 7 to 10 business days. If you don't receive your refund within this period, it's recommended to contact Renogy's Customer Support for assistance.
Who pays for return shipping?
Renogy will provide a return shipping label if the return is due to carrier damage, warehouse mishandling, defective product, incorrect product delivery, or additional unwanted items delivered. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
