Returns
What is the return window?
Rotita accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
For sanitary reasons, beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelries and hair accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only items in their original, undamaged, unstained and unworn condition and swimsuits with hygiene liners attached can be returned or exchanged. Products labeled "No returns or exchanges" on the product page are considered final sale products and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items. It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your Rotita wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time. For PayPal, the refund typically appears within 48 hours, while credit and debit card refunds can take 10-20 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge. However we offer free returns as store credit, which is issued promptly and never expires.
How do I start a return online?
Please log in to My Orders and click "Return & Refund" button, then follow the instructions to submit return application. We will help you process return or exchange.
Editor's Take
So here's the thing about Rotita - it's basically that online fashion destination you've probably scrolled past on Instagram a hundred times, and honestly? It's kind of fascinating once you dig into what they're actually doing.
Founded back in 2009, Rotita has spent over a decade carving out this niche in affordable women's fashion. And when I say affordable, I mean it. We're talking dresses under $30, tops as low as $5. But here's where it gets interesting - they're not just throwing cheap clothes at a wall to see what sticks. The company launches over 400 new products every single week. That's not a typo. Four hundred. Every week.
Their whole philosophy centers around this idea of "make every day an occasion," which sounds like marketing fluff until you realize they've built their entire catalog around it. Swimwear, dresses, tops, plus-size options, activewear - they've got about 5,000+ styles at any given time. The selection is genuinely impressive, especially for plus-size shoppers who often get the short end of the stick with online retailers.
Now, let's talk about what makes them different. Rotita operates purely online - no brick-and-mortar stores, no pop-ups, just straight e-commerce. They offer 24/7 customer service through live chat and email (though notably, no phone support). And they've got this whole rewards system with T-points that you earn while shopping. Kind of clever, actually.
The sizing thing is real, though. Like most international fashion retailers shipping from Asia, you'll want to check those size charts religiously. Each product has its own size chart - yes, each one - because apparently consistency is optional. But they do provide a "Model Wear" feature so you can see how items fit on actual people, which helps.
Shipping takes a while since most items come from China, but they offer free shipping on orders over $49. Returns are accepted within 30 days, though you're paying for return shipping unless you opt for store credit, which is free. It's a trade-off.
What's interesting is how they've embraced the influencer economy. They have this whole Pro Program where YouTubers and Instagram users can get free products or massive discounts in exchange for reviews. Smart move, because it's generated tons of organic content - just search "Rotita haul" on YouTube and you'll see what I mean.
Look, Rotita isn't going to compete with high-end boutiques on quality. But for trendy, budget-friendly pieces that let you experiment with styles without breaking the bank? They've figured something out. Just go in with realistic expectations, size up when in doubt, and maybe order one piece first before going wild on a haul.
