CARtober is here! Time to say goodbye to your used car—for a good cause! Donate Your Used Car

Dear Wildlife Ally,

This fall, drive change by donating your used car! CARtober is about having your unwanted vehicles do good in the world. San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance’s Cars for Conservation program makes it easy to do—plus, you’ll help save wildlife at the same time!

Start by calling (888) ZOO-CAR9 (888-966-2279) or submit your donation form online. We’ll tow away your unwanted vehicles, from cars to trucks, motorcycles, RVs, and even boats, FREE. Plus, you’ll get a tax-deductible receipt.

When you donate your used car in CARtober, you’ll support these wildlife conservation efforts:

Protecting the native river ecosystems hippos call home in Cameroon.
Utilizing AI to monitor the safety of elusive jaguars in southeast Peru.
Reintroducing the native ʻalalā, also known as the Hawaiian crow, to the forests of Maui.
