Add Your Favorite Spot to Our Official Martini Trail

San Francisco's martini scene is anything but one-size-fits-all, with standout pours tucked into every neighborhood across the city. To celebrate the local favorites that deserve a spot on the San Francisco Martini Trail, we’re launching our first-ever People’s Choice Awards.

Here’s how it works: 

• Nominate your favorite spot before May 20. Anyone can nominate once a day. The 10 bars or restaurants with the most nominations will advance to the next round. 
• Vote for the two nominated establishments you like best, May 28 – June 11.
• Winners will be announced on June 18 and added to the Martini Trail.

Witness the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon

San Francisco’s most iconic triathlon weekend returns June 6–7, 2026, bringing world-class competition and thousands of athletes and spectators to the city’s waterfront.

As part of a new three-year partnership with the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), global payments and financial platform Sokin, has been announced as the title partner of the San Francisco event weekend. The professional race will now be known as the Sokin San Francisco T100 Triathlon, while the legendary amateur race, celebrating its 46th year, becomes the Sokin Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon.

The weekend will feature the world’s top professional triathletes competing through the streets and waterfront of San Francisco on Saturday, followed by more than 2,000 amateur athletes taking on the iconic Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon on Sunday.
