Returns
What is the return window?
All online orders may be returned to Sandro-Paris.com or in Sandro Boutiques within 30 days of ship date for full refund unless marked as Final Sale. For European customers, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return or exchange one or more items.
Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. To return an item to one of our Sandro boutiques, please bring your order number and the items with you within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
If you've purchased a Final Sale item, your order is not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit. Final Sale will be indicated on product pages and at checkout. All sale merchandise, swimwear, and bodysuits are final sale. Personalized products cannot be returned.
How will I receive my refund?
We will use the payment method chosen for the order. Your refund will be sent directly to either the account linked to the credit card used or to the PayPal account used to pay for the order. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund once it has been validated by our systems.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
All online orders may be returned to Sandro-Paris.com or in Sandro Boutiques within 30 days of ship date for full refund unless marked as Final Sale. In-store returns entitle you to exchange your product or request a refund (excluding affiliates, concessions and outlets).

That cultural blend? It shows up in every piece.
The brand's philosophy is refreshingly honest. Évelyne Chetrite describes it as "casual but always chic" and "sophisticated but cool". And honestly, that's exactly what you get when you walk into one of their boutiques. The vibe is refined and chic, with masculine-meets-feminine pieces that are designed to be worn everywhere - and forever.
What really sets Sandro apart is their attention to detail. Even the most classic pieces feature unique details: embroidery or sequins, studs or jewels… For instance, in the Sandro woman's wardrobe, the timeless wool women's coat will also be adorned with dozens of eyelets. It's those little touches that make you feel like you're wearing something special, not just another mass-produced piece.
The brand began as womenswear before Ilan Chetrite, the son of founder Évelyne Chetrite, joined the company and launched Sandro Homme in 2008. So now both men and women can get in on that Parisian magic.
